We left this dinner thinking it should receive 3 Michelin Stars, although the guide hadn’t come to Hong Kong and Macau at that time. It was one of the most satisfying meal in terms of quality, quantity, presentation, surprises, taste and textures–the latter is something we feel missing in most 2-3 star meals but excellently presented by Joel Robuchon.
To run into the ‘Chef of the Century’ at the hotel lobby after the dinner caps off a memorable night!
