Planning on the annual visit to the biggest culinaray event in the region , the World Gourmet Summit 2011, Singapore.

Organized by Peter Knipp , a former chef himself, Sfreelife has visited the event for the past 3 years, tasted big-name chefs like Regis Marcon, Sergi Arola, Michel Rostang, Klaus Erfort. This year, personally, the line-up of chefs looks unattractive compared to years past:

Norber Niederkofler , Ramon Freixa , Bruno Menard have visited the event in the past while Luisa Valazza has visited Thailand’s Sirocco 4 years ago, so there isn’t the ‘big name’ we all have been waiting for. Last year, Ferran Adria graced the event , even though he wasn’t going to cook at all! Nevertheless, still looking forward to visiting the event , especially the Desserts by Noma Pastry Chef Rosio Sanchez.
